Return & Refund Policy – Emily Montreal

You may return your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support within this period to request a return. Please do not return any items before contacting us first, as your return may be lost. We accept both refunds and exchanges (for size or color).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • With original tags
  • In the original packaging

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as intimate or sanitary goods.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us at info@emilymontreal.com for return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
